These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cartlly's services, website, and software (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are issued at our discretion for service outages exceeding our SLA.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Services, including products, images, and customer data. You grant Cartlly a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

6. Intellectual property

The Cartlly platform, brand, and software are owned by Cartlly and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that risks harm to other users. You may close your account at any time; data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation in case of restoration.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cartlly's total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
